‘zusa connects’ Shadowing Open Call  for Transcultural Arts and Cultural Professionals in Berlin

What we call for:

We would like to offer up to 20 cultural professionals an opportunity to get to know Berlin’s cultural organisations and how they work (i.e., their structure, team, and programming, etc.) through short (up to 10 days) shadowing”. zusa has a network of alumni organisations in Berlin, who participated in programmes like TANDEM, Culture Helps, VAHA and are willing to host their ‘zusa connects’ peers. The selected arts and cultural professionals will be matched with a host organisation according to their mutual field and topics of interest.

The selected arts and cultural professionals will be invited to attend 2 group meetings for community building, reflection and exchange of experiences & coaching support that will take place at AiRzusa. The group meets to share ideas, showcase their works, reflect, and advise each other. In addition, a body therapist / mental health consultant will join to support the group. A particular focus of the reflection is on the mental health of the participants, which is a prerequisite for sustainable professional orientation, especially in the new life and career contexts.
